The Boys & Girls Club of Whitecourt & District offers a safe, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for children 4.5 years to 11 years of age. Together, with community partners in Whitecourt and area, they provide quality childcare in Whitecourt for children while out-of-school.
Out-of-School programming includes:
Morning Care
Starting at 7:00 am, children arrive at the club for light activity and nutritious breakfast. The members are walked to their bus stop and sent off to school by qualified staff.
After School Care
From 3:30-6:00 pm, the Boys and Girls Club provides after-school activities at their Main Club located in the Carlan Community Resource Centre. Programming includes a nutritious after-school snack made on-site, planning surrounding a weekly theme, an element of physical activity, and an independent activity facilitated by certified child care workers.
PD Days
