In remembrance of the 215 children whose remains were discovered at a former Kamloops residential school, flags across Northern Gateway Public Schools will be lowered to half mast. We extend our deepest sympathies to the Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc First Nation and to all Indigenous peoples who have been retraumatized by this discovery as we continue to grieve the deep harm and loss done by residential schools.
